Lovely property. Beautiful room, so many thoughtful touches from fresh baked bread, snacks, drinks, made to order breakfast. The pool and jacuzzi were also wonderful. I highly recommend staying here!

Nos hemos hospedado en este lugar ya por varios años nos encanta el lugar la comodidad cerca del río dormir con puertas abiertas y escuchar el sonido del río y el canto de las aves por la mañana! Me encanta.
La limpieza un 7 de 10 me gustaría que fuera un 10 también. Pero aveces no lo puedes tener todo 😅

I think the hotel location is wonderful, affordable and well maintained. I do believe that the customer service with some of the front desk is not welcoming. Especially the person that checked me in. I compared her to the others and there was a stark contrast. Her presence also changed the way the others behaved too (I had a 5 day stay). It seems she may be in a supervisory role. Great hotel, I would return. please provide customer service training to front desk staff. All other employees were wonderful.
